After this African wildlife experience visit the Lake Kivu for a boat cruise. This offers an unforgettable view of the Mount Nyiragongo in the Virunga mountains. Day 1: Arrival
Upon arrival at the Kampala International Airport, meet our driver/guide who will welcome you to the land of thousand hills and after transfer you to the Radisson Blue Hotel/Kampala Serena Hotel/Mille Collines Hotel, with time take the Kampala city tour visiting the genocide memorials and some local and crafts markets and you can get your interesting African souvenirs’ and then return to the hotel for your overnight stay. Day 2: Kampala-Akagera National Park
After an early morning breakfast, embark the safari vehicle and transfer to Akagera National Park with en-route to the local markets and then upon arrival at the park take en-route game drive spotting the African wildlife species like elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, bush and water bucks, warthogs among others. Lunch, after the afternoon boat cruise at the shores of the Lake Ihema and you will spot some other animals like the amphibians (Crocodiles and Hippos) at the banks of the Lake. Day 3: Game drive and boat cruise
Early morning breakfast and after go for the game drive looking for more wildlife species that were missed on the first game drive, this experienced drive takes 3-4 hours looking for the animals and thereafter return to the lodge for refreshment and then lunch. Today take the sun downer boat cruise at the shores of Lake Ihema and take the unforgettable sun downer images. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
Day 4: Akagera to Volcanoes National Park
After breakfast, embark the safari jeep and transfer to Volcanoes National Park, Uganda via Kampala with your en-route hot lunch. Then relax at your lodge of overnight stay as you wait for your dinner and overnight at Mountain Gorilla View Lodge/Lebambou Gorilla Safari Lodge/Laplame Hotel or Muhabura Guest House[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
Day 5: Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes National Park
Have early breakfast and after transfer to the Volcanoes National Park and upon arrival transfer to the briefing from the senior park ranger you will commence your memorable gorilla trekking which normally takes 2 to 6 hours in the jungle. You will be allowed to stay in the presence of the gorillas for a maximum of 1 full hour taking your unforgettable photos and images.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”1912″ img_size=”full”][vc_column_text]
Day 6: Gorilla trekking Experience
Breakfast and after go for the briefing again about the memorable gorilla trekking which normally takes half day in the jungle. You will be allowed to stay in the presence of the gorillas for a maximum of 1 full hour taking unforgettable images and videos. Later return to your Hotel for Relaxation. In the evening, you will go for cultural tour to the Iby’iwacu where you will learn more about the BanyaUganda community and their tradition. Day 7: Volcanoes to Gisenyi
Early morning breakfast and thereafter embark our safari vehicle and drive to Lake Kivu and relax at the shores of the Lake, enjoy some outdoor activities like boat cruise along the shores of the Lake, lunch and overnight stay at Lake Kivu Serena Hotel.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
Day 8: Departure
